3. User Accounts

4.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed securely through Paystack. By making a payment, you agree to Paystack's terms and conditions.

4.3 No Recurring Charges

This is a one-time payment. There are no subscription fees or recurring charges.

5. Intellectual Property

5.1 Ownership

All Course content, including but not limited to videos, text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and software, is the exclusive property of ASISX Digital Academy and is protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

5.2 Copyright Infringement

Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of Course materials is strictly prohibited and may result in:

• Immediate account termination
• Legal action and prosecution
• Civil liability for damages

8. Certificates

Upon successful completion of all course modules and assignments, you will receive a verifiable digital certificate. The certificate:

• Contains a unique verification code
• Can be shared on professional networks
• Does not represent accreditation by external bodies

9. Disclaimers and Limitations

• Your violation of these Terms
• Your misuse of the Course
• Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights

Your use of the Course is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.

15. Severability

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and ASISX Digital Academy regarding the Course and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.
